This beautiful patio was designed to look original to the home, squaring off the corner of the property with the cover. A custom walkway was constructed to give easy access to the lounge/fire pit area from the patio cover. This circular area will be perfect to huddle around a fire during the winter! The concrete was finished with a custom stamped concrete that is stained and sealed, giving the concrete its wood grain look. This cover has a standard 6 recessed lights and 2 fans to provide sufficient lighting and airflow for the area. The fascia, soffits, and ceilings were finished with James Hardie building materials and painted to match the existing paint.
